Yash Dandiya serves as the CEO in waiting for IPP. Before joining Independent Practice Partners, Mr. Dandiya’s background encompassed corporate development, financial planning & analysis, and operational strategy within the healthcare sector.

At BayMark Health Services, he was part of a team that acquired over 50 recovery center clinics, focusing on financial modeling and cross functional collaboration with operational groups. His experience also includes stints in the dermatology space at Platinum Dermatology Partners and Sanova Dermatology, where he worked on financial strategies and special projects with senior leaders and private equity groups to facilitate the growth and scaling of new and existing business lines.

His experience supports IPP’s mission to support its expansion into diverse areas of the healthcare sector across medical specialties with focus on client experience and projection modeling in addition to value retention and equity growth.

As Director of Operations Stephanie brings more than 20 years of experience in operations management to the organization. She joined the IPP team in 2020 while working alongside one of IPP’s partners, Dr. Deepak Grover in starting his own solo ophthalmology practice in 2018. A results-oriented leader, Stephanie offers her expertise in practice management, administration, training, credentialing and medical billing. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Widener University and is passionate about the success of our clients and continuing to watch their growth.

Harry Jeong is a Certified Public Accountant in California who is experienced in the combination of general accounting and tax preparation services for small businesses from 2010. He began his journey in accounting with a focus on taxation and now aims to become a leading advisor in small business finance. Harry lives in Los Angeles with a son and wife.

As a billing specialist with IPP, I bring a unique and in-depth knowledge of ophthalmology to the job. After being in ophthalmology for 13 years, I have worked in every aspect of a medical office from reception to scribing. I am a certified medical assistant, as well as a certified ophthalmic assistant. My extensive clinical experience helps me understand claims from start to finish ensuring claims are paid correctly the first time. My focus has been primarily retina and general ophthalmology but I have experience in most specialities. I am passionate about ophthalmology and enjoy working with physicians to get their maximum reimbursement.

As a Medical Billing Specialist with IPP, I bring over 15 years of knowledge in the medical billing field. I have experience in different specialtes but have dedicated my billing to Ophthalmology for about 10 years now. I started working in the medical field as a front desk / receptionist and have enjoyed being in this industry ever since then. I am currently working on my coding certification. I enjoy working with physicians and I dedicate myself to making sure the provider gets all their reimbursements.

Lovepreet has over a decade of experience in Accounting and Financial reporting. She has had an exemplary career working in a variety of industries including Healthcare, Construction, Non-Profit Accounting. This diverse background gives her a deep understanding of bookkeeping and
Financial Statements. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Analysis from California State University, Northridge. Outside of work Lovepreet enjoys vacations with her family.

Joined IPP in 2022 with over 25+ years combined experience in finance, practice training, operation management and medical billing. The last 15 years my focus has been in the health care industry – in ophthalmology billing, medical claim processing and health care reimbursement. I will be bring my years of experience in health care, training and organization skills, to make a difference and help in our clients success.

Melissa Senecal joined IPP as a Billing Specialist in August of 2023. She previously worked for 13 years as a Surgical Care Consultant in a full-service private ophthalmology practice specializing in cataract surgery, technologically advanced IOL lens replacement, refractive surgery, medical eye care, and aesthetic treatments. Earlier in her career, Melissa worked in an administrative management capacity for a large financial planning corporation. She later worked as an operations and controls consultant for a Fortune 500 insurance company. Melissa was born and currently resides in upstate New York with her husband and has two beautiful children. In her free time, she likes to take long walks, go on bike rides, hike in the Adirondacks, travel, and is an avid home cook with a passion for experimenting with diverse cuisines and creating innovative dishes.

As a Billing Specialist, Ericka brings with her 13 years of clinical knowledge in general ophthalmology. She holds an associate degree in health information technology as well as being a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant. She is skilled in ModMed, scribing, training, and coding. She is detail-oriented and knowledgeable in ensuring accurate coding, efficient record-keeping, and comprehensive support to ophthalmologists. Ericka is passionate about contributing to the seamless functioning of healthcare practices.

My experience with billing started in an Optometry Practice where I was also Office Manager for 13 years. I served as a technician, performing visual fields and fundus photos using the Optomap as well. While I have billed in specialty areas such as chemotherapy, radiation treatments and also with hospital and urgent care claims, Optometry billing is where the majority of my experience is. I understand the process of following through with a claim from start to finish. My goals on a daily basis are first and foremost to get our claims paid and to do the followup and research needed if they are denied. I enjoy building relationships with our clients as well as the talented billers I have the pleasure of working with everyday.
