Yash Dandiya

Chief Executive Officer

Yash Dandiya serves as the Chief Executive Officer for IPP. Before joining Independent Practice Partners, Mr. Dandiya’s background encompassed corporate development, financial planning & analysis, and operational strategy within the healthcare sector.

At BayMark Health Services, he was part of a team that acquired over 50 recovery center clinics, focusing on financial modeling and cross functional collaboration with operational groups. His experience also includes stints in the dermatology space at Platinum Dermatology Partners and Sanova Dermatology, where he worked on financial strategies and special projects with senior leaders and private equity groups to facilitate the growth and scaling of new and existing business lines.

His experience supports IPP’s mission to support its expansion into diverse areas of the healthcare sector across medical specialties with focus on client experience and projection modeling in addition to value retention and equity growth.

Stephanie Cullinan

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations Stephanie brings more than 20 years of experience in operations management to the organization. She joined the IPP management in 2020 while working alongside one of IPP’s partners, Dr. Deepak Grover in starting his own solo ophthalmology practice in 2018. A results-oriented leader, Stephanie offers her expertise in practice management, administration, training, credentialing and medical billing. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Widener University and is passionate about the success of our clients and continuing to watch their growth.

Kasey Wright

Sales Director

In her role as Sales Director at IPP, Kasey Wright brings over a decade of experience working within clinical practice environments, along with more than four years focused on helping practices use technology to strengthen operations and financial performance. Her background in patient care settings provides a practical understanding of clinical workflows and the day-to-day demands practices face. She works closely with physicians to identify opportunities to improve revenue performance, increase visibility, and build infrastructure that supports sustainable growth. At IPP, Kasey partners with practices to align operational strategy with revenue cycle performance, helping drive measurable financial outcomes while preserving the independence and autonomy that matter most to physicians.
