Yash Dandiya

Chief Executive Officer

Yash Dandiya is the CEO of Independent Practice Partners, where he leads the company’s vision to help healthcare practices scale through strategic growth, operational execution, and long-term value creation. Prior to IPP, Yash built his career in healthcare M&A, corporate development, and financial strategy. At BayMark Health Services, he focused on buy-side acquisitions in the behavioral health sector, supporting the evaluation, financial modeling, and execution of recovery center clinic acquisitions nationwide. He also held finance and strategy roles at Platinum Dermatology Partners and Sanova Dermatology, where he worked alongside executive leadership and private equity stakeholders on expansion initiatives, operational growth, and new business development. Today, Yash combines healthcare investing experience with an operator-focused mindset to help physician-led organizations scale while preserving independence, strengthening enterprise value, and enhancing patient experience.

Stephanie Cullinan

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations Stephanie brings more than 20 years of experience in operations management to the organization. She joined the IPP management in 2020 while working alongside one of IPP’s partners, Dr. Deepak Grover in starting his own solo ophthalmology practice in 2018. A results-oriented leader, Stephanie offers her expertise in practice management, administration, training, credentialing and medical billing. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Widener University and is passionate about the success of our clients and continuing to watch their growth.

Kasey Wright

Sales Director

In her role as Sales Director at IPP, Kasey Wright brings over a decade of experience working within clinical practice environments, along with more than four years focused on helping practices use technology to strengthen operations and financial performance. Her background in patient care settings provides a practical understanding of clinical workflows and the day-to-day demands practices face. She works closely with physicians to identify opportunities to improve revenue performance, increase visibility, and build infrastructure that supports sustainable growth. At IPP, Kasey partners with practices to align operational strategy with revenue cycle performance, helping drive measurable financial outcomes while preserving the independence and autonomy that matter most to physicians.
